iOS and iPadOS 18.2.1 have been released by Apple. But Apple is keeping quiet on what has actually been fixed.
Looking at Apple’s list of security releases, it seems that no CVEs have been addressed in this update. CVEs (common vulnerabilities and exposures) are officially listed security issues that have been ethically disclosed so software companies can remedy them.
iOS and iPadOS 18.2.1 is available for iPhone XS and later, iPad Pro 13-inch, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 3rd generation and later, iPad Pro 11-inch 1st generation and later, iPad Air 3rd generation and later, iPad 7th generation and later, and iPad mini 5th generation and later.
You can update your compatible devices by opening Settings, tapping on General and opening Software Update.
