If you’re an Apple News+ subscriber ($19.99 per month or part of Apple One) you might have noticed a new option on the bottom toolbar. Audio has been added. News+Audio provides professionally narrated versions of stories from Apple News.
The selection available to me was quite slim and featured articles from a number of American publications. There were stored from local publications including Marie Claire and The Australian Women’s Weekly featured with Australian narrators. But the rest of the stories in my feed came from publications such as Bloomberg Businessweek and The Atlantic.
The audio versions of the stories can also be accessed through the Podcasts app.
