Apple has released the ninth developer and six public betas of its flagship operating platforms. As you’d expect this far into the development cycle and just a week from official release, there’s not a lot of change. And, along with macOS, iPadOS and iOS, Apple has released new betas for the Apple TV and Vision Pro as well.
watchOS seems to have missed out for now but the last few releases have seen watchOS beta releases come a day or two after the operating systems.
Apple has noted that an issue with iPhone 15 and 16 models failing to restart in some situations has been resolved in this release. Bit, otherwise, the release notes don’t have a lot of new information are very similar to the notes provided with the last couple of developer beta releases.
As always, don’t install beta versions on devices you rely on as some instability may be expected.
